Making A Purchase
Making a purchase from Intacaravans could not be easier. Just browse our store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard as well as debit cards including Solo, Delta and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is either ready to ship or has been reserved with a supplier on your behalf for delivery within a stated time period. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet. Payments by cheque should be made payable to 'Intacaravans' and sent to our main address: Intacaravans Ltd., 21(1) Crouch Hall Road London N8 8HJ United Kingdom

Though we will send confirmation, this is only to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
Delivery to any address on the UK mainland is free over £150 non inclusive of VAT - whatever the size of your order. Orders under this amount will be charged at £10 inc. VAT. Details on shipping charges for elsewhere in the world are available from our Call Centre or by emailing shippingcosts@intacaravans.co.uk. Please note, orders for non-UK mainland addresses will not be processed unless you have first sought agreement from IntaCaravans to ship a particular product to your part of the world and have obtained from us the cost of shipping the item to you. The cost of shipping may be added to your order total during checkout in the box provided under the section headed 'Shipping And Handling'. Any quote provided for shipping to non-UK mainland addresses should be seen as provisional in the sense that we reserve the right to amend this price. In such circumstances we will always seek your explicit consent before any additional charges are made to those originally quoted.

Delivery Schedule
Delivery Schedule Once payment has been received (immediate with online credit card payment, and within 3-5 days for sterling cheque payment), your order will be despatched within 48 hours, subject to stock availability and restrictions on special order items.

Please note: In order for us to provide such a broad range of titles with a competitive service, we need to operate some titles under an 'order as required' basis. This can mean that certain items will not be held in stock and may take an additional transfer time of 3-14 days, depending on the location of our supplier. You will always be contacted with the status of your order and notified of any additional delivery delays of which we are made aware.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or, if you prefer, our Call Centre staff will be happy to advise you on suitable alternatives. Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the price (EX-VAT prices are also shown with each product). All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero. If you live in the UK or the EU and reduce VAT to zero during check-out by error or otherwise this amount will be re-applied to your order. Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using a SSL (Golden Padlock) Secure Server. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. IntaCaravans only supplies the very best products from established manufacturers. All products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, details of which are listed with each individual item on sale in the store. Should a problem occur with a product during the period of warranty, you are entitled to have the product examined by the manufacturer's agent. Any manufacturing fault will be rectified by the manufacturer's agent. Customers are advised that the manufacturer's agent will however be entitled to refuse to undertake work free of charge in the warranty period if the agent believes damage to the machine has been self-inflicted rather than being the consequence of an actual manufacturing fault. Customers are further advised that the manufacturer's warranty will not necessarily cover the cost of taking the product to and from the manufacturer's agent and except for larger items such as ride-on tractors this will normally be the responsibility of the customer. Details of your nearest warranty agent can be obtained directly from the manufacturer. We will provide our customers with a manufacturer's Warranty and Service Hotline number where required. (Please email customerservice@intacaravans.co.uk.) The terms and conditions under which we supply goods to you do not in any way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intacaravans Ltd. do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

In accordance with existing UK Distance Selling Regulations, any product may be returned for whatever reason providing we receive written confirmation of your desire to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Please either write to Intacaravans Ltd. 21(1) Crouch Hall Road London N8 8HJ United Kingdom or email customerservice@intacaravans.co.uk. The cost of return will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or was received in error. In the event that the product has been used and has been returned as unwanted during this period, any benefit gained from use beyond normal examination will be taken into consideration when deciding on the amount to be refunded as will any damage from use, cosmetic or otherwise, to the machine. Returned items should be made available for collection by our shipping company. We would request that returned products are sent back in their original packaging. In the event that this is not done, and we are required to use a more expensive means of collection or packaging service, any excess charges we face will be passed onto the customer. We will issue any refunds as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after cancellation. The customer is responsible for the condition and safekeeping of all goods until collected by us, or, if the customer returns the item to us by their own chosen means, until it reaches us.
